THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We take product quality very seriously here at Giftworthy. We always quality check all our products prior to wrapping them for shipping. In the unlikely event that your item is in any way faulty, defective or damaged, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- your order details;
- description of the defects; and
- images of the defects.
You will hear from us within 1-2 business days and where applicable, instructions on how to return the defective product.
We will cover any return postage fees on all return considered by us as faulty, defective or damaged items. Faults, defects or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
If the product is considered faulty, defective or damaged, you may choose to have:
- a replacement item sent out, subject to availability; or
- a refund to the same method as payment was made.
Please note: The metallic foil monogram can fade with general wear and tear. Excessive rubbing or scratching, and chemicals including but not limited to alcohol-based hand sanitiser, alcohol-based wet wipes, perfumes, lotion cosmetics, cleaning agents will cause the foil to fade faster or come off completely.
Foil monogram that has faded due to incorrect care are not considered faulty, defective or damaged and will not be accepted as a defect or returnable item.
Foiling on grained or textured leather/vegan leather materials will not have edges that are as crisp and defined as smooth materials. This is a normal characteristic of foil monogramming and all part of its charm.
Please note that as all our personalisation is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations.
